Pezzolo and Co., a leading home staging company in the North Bay, is opening Sonoma and Marin’s largest home furnishing outlet—and we’re hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to be part of our grand opening team in Petaluma, CA! Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with furniture and home décor selection
Offer product knowledge and design inspiration to help meet customer needs
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandising standards
Assist with inventory restocking and organization
Support promotional events and contribute to sales goals
What We're Looking For:
Retail or customer service experience (furniture/home décor is a plus)
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work store hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Basic computer skills (POS experience preferred)

Sales Support Coordinator, Warehouse Associate
Pezzolo & Co. is excited to announce the opening of a new outlet retail location. This outlet will feature an impressive 18,000 square feet of space dedicated to showcasing both new and gently used home furnishings. Our diverse inventory will include a wide variety of items such as sofas, beds, tables, chairs, side tables, benches, decorative pillows, cozy throws, stylish rugs, elegant vases, shelving decor, lighting fixtures, and much more. We are on the lookout for an energetic and personable team player who can assist customers with their selections in home furnishings, creating a memorable shopping experience. In addition, this individual will be responsible for helping with the receiving process and delivering our products, as well as placing items on the sales floor for optimal presentation.
Job Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with the selection of home furnishings and decorative accessories.
Operate the point of sale system.
Assist with inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance.
Schedule deliveries and maintain comprehensive client delivery information.
Support the Logistics Manager in the delivery process, including receiving and inspecting new products.
Assemble and disassemble furnishings.
Maintain an inviting and tidy outlet appearance to provide customers with an enjoyable and safe shopping environment.
Load and unload customer purchases with great care.
Uphold cleanliness in public spaces, including the showroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour
